Fitness Foundation Class
Join other women on a transformative wellness journey with our Fitness Foundation Class—perfect for fitness newcomers or those stagnant for over six months. We'll focus on, consistency, confidence, and building a strong foundation, paving the way for a seamless transition to independent workouts.
We begin each class with fellowship, warm-up, workout to Christian music, and a cool day with prayer. We meet on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00-10:00 in the Fitness Center at The Point. The cost is $50. Registration is required.
